... Europe. But US consumers will find the new Fiesta Sport + interesting though. The Fiesta Sport + (called the S1600 in the UK and the Fiesta Sport S in Germany) is a "performance" version of the three-door Fiesta that will be available in five European countries (Germany, UK, Austria, Switzerland, and Belgium) initially. What's interesting to US Fiesta buyers is that this performance model gets the powertrain that US consumers get standard and we can add the 17-inch wheels (the Sport + model's are white), body kit, and the stripes from Ford's Fiesta "tattoo" program. Unfortunately, we don't have access to the three-door, more coupe-like version of the Fiesta that is available to most of the rest of the world. And, special edition models like this are often cheaper to purchase than if you had tried to put it together yourself from the options book. The Euro Fiesta Sport + is available in any color as long as it's Performance Blue (shown) or Frozen White with contrasting striping and comes with a body kit that includes a unique front bumper with flared lower valence panel, extended side skirts, large rear spoiler and rear diffuser. The sporty look continues inside the car with heated, blue-stitched sports seats; standard side-airbags; and leather steering wheel, handbrake cover and gear knob; plus special floor mats and scuff plates.
